  • Developed a Customer Services strategy and a series of key performance measures for one of Europe’s largest energy retailers
  • Project managed the installation of utilities infrastructure (gas, water, electricity and telecoms) for a number of leading UK construction companies and property developers. (Value of construction projects range from £6 million to £120 million and we currently have projects valued at over £350 million under management)
  • Developed a risk management strategy and evaluation of strategic options for presentation to two leading US Investment Banks following acquisition of a major UK power plant and forward termination of the O&M operator
  • Provision of ongoing risk management services to one of Europe’s largest Independent gas fired power plant operators
  • Evaluated the infrastructure options for a leading manufacturer, including the installation of smart metering, intelligent BMS and innovative energy efficiency measures that resulted in avoided costs in excess of £1.3m
  • Developed an economic model and forward energy-pricing curve to evaluate whole life cycle costing for a leading University as part of its Estates strategy review
  • ESP were appointed by Ofgem (the electricity and gas industry regulator) to undertake a detailed review of the UK’s major energy suppliers energy efficiency initiatives and CSR programmes to evaluate their effectiveness in assisting UK customers
