It is the ESP’s aim to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in all of its operations and has laid down the following policy governing how this will be achieved. Accordingly, all members of staff will:
- Act in a professional manner at all times and dress appropriately for their place of work
- Do nothing to adversely affect the Firm’s professional standing
- Observe complete impartiality and integrity in all of their dealings
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all Client information and disclose nothing to a third party without express consent to do so
- Treat all individuals with whom they come into contact with equal respect, irrespective of social standing, race, creed or sexual orientation
- Observe the Firm’s strict guidelines on text and report composition, technical content, checking and authorisation before issuing material to a third party
- Adhere to the Firm’s strict guidelines with regard to saving computer files and file back-up procedures
