Water audit
Our experienced consultants will carry out a comprehensive audit of all component charges of our your water bill to include the following: surface water, highways drainage, site area, property and drainage charges. We have found in numerous cases these charges have been incorrectly levied resulting in significant savings for the client and refunds of up to 6 years can be obtained.
Upon completion of the in depth audit preliminary reports are generated on a site-by-site basis. The reports contain specific water and wastewater accounts, brief overview of findings and recommendations for cost reduction savings.
As a part of the process ESP will continue to check and validate bills before approving payment and passing them to the client. Any issues will be dealt with prior to authorization to pay and the client will be informed accordingly.
Bill validation
Our systems are web based which means that Clients can view all their billed data on line for each site.
